What we collect
Account details (email address and the name you give us), the menu content and images you upload, your plan and billing status, and your communication preferences. Payment card details are handled by our payment provider and never stored by Germenu.
How we use it
To provide the service: hosting your menus, resolving your QR codes, processing orders and managing your subscription. We send marketing email only if you explicitly opt in; you can change that choice at any time.
QR scan analytics
When a guest scans a QR code, we count the scan without storing IP addresses or raw device identifiers. Counts are daily totals per QR code, and repeat scans from the same visitor within a short window are ignored using a rotating salted hash that is never stored with the event.
Sharing
We do not sell your data. We share data only with the providers needed to run the service (hosting, email delivery, payment processing) and only to the extent needed.
Your choices
You can update your profile and communication preferences from your dashboard, and you can request deletion of your account and its data by emailing support@germenu.com from your account email.
