The service
Germenu is a digital menu platform. It turns your uploaded menu into a designed digital menu with a hosted web page, a QR code and a print-ready PDF. Germenu does not print, ship or deliver physical copies; printing is self-service or through a printer of your choice.
Your account
You need an account to create and manage menus. You are responsible for the accuracy of the menu content you upload and for keeping your sign-in credentials confidential. One account manages its own menus, QR codes and plan; you may not access another account's data.
Plans, trial and billing
New accounts start with a free trial. When the trial ends, the subscription bills automatically at the current Basic plan price using the payment method on file, unless you cancel before the trial ends. Plan prices, menu allowances and theme allowances are shown on the pricing page and can change for future billing periods with notice.
Your content
You keep ownership of your menu content and images. You grant Germenu the right to host and display them to provide the service, including showing your published menu to anyone who scans your QR code or visits your hosted menu link.
Acceptable use
Do not upload content you have no right to use, do not attempt to access other accounts, and do not use the service to deceive diners about prices or ingredients. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.
Availability and changes
We work to keep hosted menus and QR links available, but the service is provided as is and may change over time. If we discontinue a feature you paid for, we will provide a reasonable remedy.
